Fried tomato and mozzarella supplì

Supplì are a popular recipe in Roman cuisine, namely small rice cases filled with stringy mozzarella cheese and coated in a crispy golden breadcrumb crust. Perfect as a starter or snack, supplì will win over almost everyone with their warm, stringy centre and crunchy exterior. During our course, you’ll learn how to prepare the tomato-flavoured rice used to form and fill the supplì, and receive plenty of tips about how to fry them to perfection.
