Artusi said “Pasta is the forage of man”, and he was right. If Italy is the homeland of maccheroni, we owe it to Pellegrino Artusi, whose book emphasised the importance of pasta and the ‘first course’ in Italian meals. A significant part of this chapter is dedicated to fresh pasta but there’s also plenty of space for other kinds of pasta and also risottos, the other classics of the Bel Paese.

ADA stands for Artusi Digital Academy and is the on-demand school of Casa Artusi, an e-learning platform dedicated to Italian home cooking that is accessible for everyone. Each course in ADA is created by nationally and internationally renowned culinary masters. One module for each recipe. Each module is divided in turn into many step-by-step lessons to complete the execution of the recipe. In the recipes taken from Artusi's manual also you can find a cultural insight with some trivia about the history of the recipe

To take advantage of ADA content simply register on the platform, create an account on ADA from here and purchase one or more recipes. Choose as many courses as you want from the more than 21 modules currently on the platform.

ADA is dedicated to enthusiasts, professionals, foodies and for any person who wants to grow their skills in the kitchen by following the advice of Casa Artusi. ADA is perfect for those who want to spend the right amount of time in the kitchen enriching their knowledge regarding of good gastronomy.

ADA contains many traditional Italian recipes with secrets and curiosities within everyone's reach. A place full of video lectures, tips and teachings on the fascinating history of Pellegrino Artusi's cultural and gastronomic heritage. The recipes are organized one for each module, and the modules are within 4 chapters called "Le portate" as they follow the classic Italian menu: Antipasti, Primi, Secondi and Dolci.

Each recipe once purchased has an ingredients and equipment list section, in the "Course Materials" section you will find a downloadable handout with ingredients and process so you can carry ADA recipes with you at all times.

Upon completing the recipe in the course materials section, right along with the handout, you will find a certificate of participation from ADA.

You can access the web platform from any device by simply registering with username and password, and once you purchase the content you will find it in your personal area. On the other hand, if you decide to purchase the entire ADA package, you can view all the recipes more conveniently by browsing the site.

The video content is not downloadable but you can watch it unlimitedly online in your personal area on ADA. The only content that can be downloaded is the course handout and certificate of attendance.

  • In the Login credentials section, fill in the "New Password" and "Repeat new Password" fields
  • Click on "Save"

If you don't remember your password to log-in:

  • When logging in ( You can log in from here ), click on "Forgot you password?".
  • Enter the email address with which you registered.
  • You will receive instructions for choosing a new password.
  • Once logged in, visit the page Profile (click here)
  • In the Login credentials section, modify the "Your Email" field
  • Click on "Save"

You can purchase one module (recipe) for 6.99 or one chapter (courses) for 25.99 or all ADA content for 69.99. It works like a simple e-commerce purchase, you click on the box of interest and proceed with payment. You will be able to access all the recipes purchased by browsing the ADA website, from the "Recipes" page.

If you decide to purchase just one piece of content and later choose to integrate it with others, simply go back to the recipe shop and purchase a new recipe, you will be able to view it with the others.

Yes, you can gift the individual course or an entire chapter or all the content available on ADA. To purchase the gift visit our "Gift Vouchers" section, you will find the vouchers with the respective values referring to recipe, course or complete package.
