Graduating from the University of Lecce with a degree in Economics and Banking, this chef decided not to pursue a career in banking from the off. She attended the Institut Paul Bocus in Lyons then undertook an internship in a two star Michelin restaurant in Normandy. The chef says that it was during her French experience that she encountered the world of aromas and learned how to recognise the many scents and fragrances nature offers us. This experience led to the opening of Osteria Ricci in both Ceglie Messapica and in Milan, a restaurant that celebrates the traditions of Puglia and the flavours of her homeland. Today, she’s a well-known television personality, appearing on various cooking programmes, also alongside Antonella Clerici on RAI1.

Matteo Milandri

Matteo Milandri, born in 1992, is a Romagnolo with a passion for his homeland, passed down through his family's cooking. His professional journey began with a diploma attained in Forlimpopoli, the land of Artusi, and continued both in Italy and abroad, always seeking new culinary inspirations. Matteo’s Michelin-starred experience alongside Pier Giorgio Parini and in local restaurants still drives him today to focus on the quality of raw ingredients, their enhancement, and simplicity in his cooking. He is the head of the Casa Artusi cooking school.

Cristina Bowerman

Cristina Bowerman, an Italian Michelin-starred chef, was born in Cerignola, Puglia. She graduated in Law and moved first to San Francisco, then Austin, where she discovered her passion for cooking and obtained a degree in Culinary Arts. Since 2005, she has been running her own restaurant, Glass Hostaria, in Rome. Bowerman is involved in a number of projects that focus on education, food culture and sustainability, and has been President of the Italian Association of Ambassadors of Taste since 2016. She took part in Expo Milano 2015 and the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2021. She has received numerous awards, including "Female Chef of the Year" at Identità Golose 2013 and "Best Female Italian Chef in Europe 2018".

Casa artusi’s pasta dough maker

Teresa is a typical Azdora Romagnola, the "mistress" of the home kitchen. She works with Casa Artusi to promote Italian home cooking, particularly as regards courses on fresh pasta and piadina making. Involved in a number of associations in the region of Romagna, she is dedicated to showcasing her homeland and its food and wine products.

Mattia Fiandaca

After his initial work experiences in the kitchen, Mattia decided to graduate in Gastronomic Science at the University of Parma. During his time at university he started a food-focused radio programme called QuantoBasta, which he authored and hosted. Today, he is the author of several articles and books and manages the communication and cultural promotion of Italian cuisine for the Casa Artusi Foundation.
